When will I receive my printed balls?

This depends on which printing lead times and delivery option you choose e.g. Standard Lead Times (5-7 days) + Standard 2-3 Day delivery = 7-10 working days from placing your order. Express Lead Times (2-3 days) + Next Day delivery = 3-4 working days from placing your order.

Lead Times are how long it takes for us to print your order. Delivery is the shipping method you choose at the checkout.

Unlike other suppliers we print in-house. This means we can off you fantastic turn-around times and quality of print which cannot be beaten.

How to receive your order quickly. When customsing your sports balls online checkout the printing option within our on-screen visual, this will default to the standard 5-7 working day option but will also offer and Express 2-3 day option. Tick this box then proceed to the checkout to choose your delivery method.

Printing Lead times and Delivery are added together to give your estimated date of delivery.

We offer standard 2-3 day or next working day delivery with options to upgrade (for an additional cost) to before 12pm or before 10:30am. All orders are sent on a tracked service with tracking information and safe place options emailed to you the day before your delivery is due.

How to add your logo or text to your printed tennis balls: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. A visual proof will appear on the screen before you "Add to cart".

Lead Times: Standard lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer an express 2-3 day service for urgent orders. Choose from the 'Select Printing Lead Times' on the customiser when you have uploaded your image or text.

Artwork Required:  A jpeg file is suitable for printing onto our tennis balls. If you have problems uploading your artwork please email it to contact@best4balls.com along with your order number so we can help. 

Print size for printed tennis balls: The print area is approximately 25-45mm, depending on the print process and the layout of your design. For circular and square logos including phtotographs the maximum print size is 30mm and slightly larger for rectangles or text at 45mm. Sizing does vary depending on your logo. Whilst we can print all colours onto tennis balls please be aware that the yellow of the ball may impact the end print colour. Unfortunately we are unable to print white onto our tennis balls. 

Because the tubes have to be opened to print the balls won't be pressurised. To keep this time to a minimum we open, print and ship on the same day.
