How to add your logo or text to your printed footballs: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' button to upload your own image, logo or photograph. The 'Text' option will open up three lines where you will be able to put in your own text. From here you can change the font, colour and size. A visual proof will appear on the screen before you "Add to cart". A visual proof will also be sent by email before printing for orders of 24 balls or more.

Lead Times: Standard lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer an Express 2-3 day service for urgent orders. Choose from the 'Select Printing Lead Times' on the customiser when you have uploaded your image or text.

Artwork Required:  A jpeg file is suitable for printing all of our footballs in-house. If you have problems uploading your artwork please email it to contact@best4balls.com along with your order number so we can help. For logos orders of 24 balls you will receive a visual proof by email, usually within a few hours, detailing the print area.

Print size for printed footballs: The print area is approximately 50-70mm, depending ball you choose and the layout of your design. We print using our inkjet printers and will not send you a visual proof before printing, although you will still see your visual proof on-screen. For logo orders of more than 24 balls please refer to the promotional footballs page of our website here.

Printed footballs can be shipped within 5-7 working days, with an upgraded 2-3 day printing option available at an additional cost for orders which are needed in a hurry. When will I receive my personalised Football? 

This depends on which printing lead times and delivery option you choose e.g. Standard lead times + Royal Mail 2-3 Day Service = 7-10 working days from placing your order.

Standard lead times, personalised footballs will be shipped within 5-7 working days.

Express lead times, personalised footballs will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

Delivery

Standard delivery - Personalised footballs are shipped on a 2-3 working days service, and tracking details will be sent by email.

Urgent orders - We can offer next day delivery, next day before 12pm and next day before 10.30am for urgent UK orders. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available, but please contact us for the latest prices.

Tracking details will be sent by email, and next day deliveries usually receive a one hour delivery slot.

Orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable to pay any necessary customs charges before delivery and will have UK VAT removed at the checkout. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email with a link to pay, this will be sent locally directly from the delivery company. Your estimated delivery date will be impacted if these charges aren't paid promptly.

Customers placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK to business addresses will be required to provide an EORI and VAT number for all export paperwork.
