Print Area:

The maximum print area available on our personalised cricket balls is around 25-35mm, this can vary depending on the logo or image we are printing. Our printing team will always print as big as they can with each individual image, we will contact you before printing if we feel that your image will print too small or if there are any other problems.

The visual which you see onscreen is an accurate representation of how your golf balls will print. Generally if the image looks small in the customiser then the print will be small, we can always check you logo before you place your order, simply drop us an email and we will advise. We don't offer a visual proof before printing so you will need to check that what you see on screen is correct.

Text:

We can print up to 3 lines of text on your personalised cricket balls in various colours sizes and fonts. We would advise that on white cricket balls any colour can be chosen for coloured balls, black or dark coloured font will work better on our red and pink cricket balls. Make sure that you check all details in the customiser, including spellings and dates, unfortunately we don't have the time to check order before printing so the visual you see on screen is your chance to double check everything is correct.

Photo:

For best results please upload your photo in jpeg format ideally under 2 Mb, otherwise it could take too long to upload. You will have the option to crop the photo into a circle or square before printing to give you the best printing results. This saves time having to edit your photos or images in Photoshop beforehand. Please check the quality of the photo before you upload it, blurry or out of focus images will print as such, we do not edit or amend images before printing.

Logo requirements

A hi-resolution jpeg image produces the best results. Some logos may appear small if they are wide or tall because the maximum print area is 22mm x 22mm (see above for printing guidelines).

We can print multiple photos/ logos or different text onto any of our personalised golf balls, but unfortunately you cannot do this online. Please email us with your special requirements and we will send a quotation. We are able to print from vector format (ai, eps, pdf file) but often these may not look right in the onscreen visual. What we can print?

Our inkjet printers can print full colour logos, photos and text (including gradients and shading).The results are excellent and the perfect choice for smaller quantity orders of less.

How big can you print?

The maximum print area for personalised cricket balls is approx 25-24mm. You can always drop us an email to check if you aren’t sure whether your logo will work.

How do you need my logo to print?

For the best quality results please provide a high resolution image, preferably in a JPG or PNG format. Unfortunately you cannot upload vector (e.g. ai, eps, svg files) artwork for smaller quantity personalised cricket ball orders.

Our print team will ensure that we print your design the same or very similar to the design which you approve online. We may crop photos for you (usually in a circle or square) if we feel that your design will not print well. We do have a crop tool for you to use which is on the cricket ball customiser, which will save you time doing this using other software packages. We are unable to print logos from photographs so please ensure you upload you logo in one of these formats for the best results.

How long will the print last?

The printing on personalised cricket balls is fairly durable but is isn't permanent. The personalised service is a semi-permanent print so will wear during play. Unfortunately we don't offer a permanent solution for smaller personalised orders. .

Where do you print onto the ball?

We print on one position on the ball. Because we print by eye the exact position cannot be guaranteed and may not always be in alignment with any manufacturers branding which is on the balls. We will endeavour to print as large as we can without losing any of the integrity of the logo/photo and in the best position available.

Exact location and orientation of your design cannot be guaranteed as existing manufacturer printing on the ball can be restrictive and varies from ball to ball.

When will I receive my personalised cricket balls?

We print all of our personalised cricket balls in-house which means we can offer unrivalled lead times. All cricket balls are printed as standard in just 5-7 working days with express print options available to suit every urgent order.

Printing lead times can be selected in the customiser when you are personalising your cricket balls, you can also see the printing lead times when you view your visual for a second time in the shopping cart. You can amend the lead times from here also.

Once you have customised your cricket balls and chosen your printing lead times you will be able to choose a delivery method. An estimated delivery date is shown within the checkout page once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.

Delivery

Standard delivery - Personalised cricket balls are shipped on a 5-7 working days service, and tracking details will be sent by email.
Urgent orders - We can offer next day delivery, next day before 12pm and next day before 10.30am for urgent UK orders. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available, but please contact us for the latest prices.
Tracking details will be sent by email, and next day deliveries usually receive a one hour delivery slot.

Orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable to pay any necessary customs charges before delivery and will have UK VAT removed at the checkout. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email with a link to pay, this will be sent locally directly from the delivery company. Your estimated delivery date will be impacted if these charges aren't paid promptly.

Customers placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK to business addresses will be required to provide an EORI and VAT number for all export paperwork.
