The maximum print area on our rugby balls is 50-70mm depending on the print process and layout of your design, all print will be reduced to scale for junior balls. We will always print as large as we can with each individual image.

The on screen customiser will give an accurate representation of the image on the ball and this is your visual to approve, we won't send a visual before printing for smaller quantity orders.

If you see any issues in the customiser contact us before placing your order and send us your image and we can advise.

Text We can print up to 3 lines of text on your personalised rugby ball, with the option to choose different fonts and colour available in the customiser. We limit text to 15 characters per line otherwise the text will appear small on the ball.

Please make sure you check any spelling and dates in the customiser before proceeding with your order, unfortunately we are unable to check all orders before printing.

Photo For best results please upload any images in jpeg or png format ideally under 2MB. You will have the option to crop your image within the customiser, we would advise cropping as close to the subject as possible to make the most of the print area available. Please ensure you check the quality of the photo you are uploading, any blurry or out of focus images will be printed as such we are unable to edit or amend the images before printing unless this has been pre-agreed.

Logo Requirements A hi-resolution file is the best option to print from and we generally print from either a jpeg or png file. We can also print from a vector file (ai, eps or png) but these sometimes don't upload well into the customiser, if you have a vector file you can send this to us before placing your order for us to check or reply back to your order confirmation email and attach the file for printing.

For orders over 12 balls we are able to provide a visual proof before printing, please let us know if you need a visual as these are sent on request.

Printed balls have lead times of between 5-7 days, which are displayed on the relevant pages. Please remember to add the printing lead time to your delivery method with will give you an accurate idea of when you will receive your order.

When you order we will email your details and invoice which will include your estimated date of delivery. Smaller quantity orders are processed automatically and the artwork is passed for printing within 5-7 working days.

Print on the ball is fairly durable but is not permanent due to the surface of the ball after manufacturing.

Where do you print on the balls?

Exact location and orientation of the print on the balls cannot be guaranteed, our production team will print in the best position based on the ball you have chosen and your image. If you have any specific requirement contact us before placing your order.

Our personalised rugby balls are printed as standard in 5-7 working days with an express print option available of 2-3 working days.

Delivery

Once you have personalised your rugby ball and chosen the printing lead time you will see the delivery options available to you when you get to the checkout page.

An estimated delivery date will be given once you have selected your delivery method, this is based on the printing lead times and delivery option you choose.

Orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable to pay any necessary customs charges before delivery and will have UK VAT removed at the checkout. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email with a link to pay, this will be sent locally directly from the delivery company. Your estimated delivery date will be impacted if these charges aren't paid promptly.

Customers placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK to business addresses will be required to provide an EORI and VAT number for all export paperwork.
