Personalised orders are processed and printed in-house which means we are able to offer very fast lead times. The time it takes to be dispatched depends upon the ‘printing lead time’ that you have selected from our customiser.
Standard personalised orders are printed within 5-7 working days. If you need your Personalised order in a hurry, please select our 'Express' printing lead times and we will print and ship with 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays).
The lead times need to be added to your delivery option e.g. Standard lead times (5-7 days) + Next Working Day delivery = 6-8 days in total to deliver
Urgent orders - Don’t forget to select Express or Next Day Delivery service from our delivery options, which is on the checkout page. If your order is urgent please contact our Customer Service Team.
Delivery:
An estimated delivery date will be shown in the checkout when you select your delivery method. This will also show on your order confirmation.
Standard orders are shipped on a 2-3 day service.
Orders shipped with Royal Mail will receive an email with an estimated day and time of delivery, this is usually the day before delivery is due. This will contain tracking details for your parcel. Orders shipped with DPD will receive an email the evening the order ships which a tracking link and safeplace options. A further email will be sent around 11am on the morning of delivery with the one-hour delivery window.
Urgent orders can be shipped on a next day, next day before 12pm or next day before 10:30am.

100% terry cotton tennis towel fully personalised. 500gsm thread count, super soft, absorbent and durable. The perfect size to throw into a gym bag designed for rapid moisture wicking. Machine washable at 40°C.
The personalised tennis towel makes the perfect gift for a Birthday or Christmas or as give-aways and prizes at your tennis day or event.
Personalisation will be placed atthe bottom of the centre of the towel.
The maximum area for embroidery/print is 120mm, if you are adding a name we would recommend 12 characters over 1 line.
All towels will come embroidered with Game, Set and Match and we can add a name up to 12 characters on the fourth line if required.
How to personalise your Tennis Towel : If you would like to add a name under the Game Set and Match text click the red "Personalise" button. When adding your text you can choose a font and colour, this font and colour will be applied to all of the embroidery on your towel. The example towel uses the standard Arial font.
Lead times: Standard embroidery lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express embroidery lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options.
Colours: Please choose your embroidery colour from the customiser by clicking the red personalise button. If you have any other queries or require a specific colours please email contact@best4balls.com before placing your order.
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
