When will I receive my personalised Football?

This depends on which printing lead times and delivery option you choose e.g. Standard lead times + Royal Mail 2-3 Day Service = 7-10 working days from placing your order.

IMPORTANT!! Lead times are how many days it will take to print your order.

Standard lead times, personalised footballs will be shipped within 5-7 working days.

Express lead times, personalised footballs will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

We can be that fast simply because we print all personalised orders in house, to ensure that we offer the fastest delivery for personalised footballs online!

This means we can offer you fantastic turn-around times and quality of print which cannot be beaten.

Unlike other suppliers we print all our personalised golf balls in-house.

Delivery

Standard delivery - Personalised footballs are shipped on a 2-3 working days service, and tracking details will be sent by email.

Urgent orders - We can offer next day delivery, next day before 12pm and next day before 10.30am for urgent UK orders. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available, but please contact us for the latest prices.

Tracking details will be sent by email, and next day deliveries usually receive a one hour delivery slot.

Orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable to pay any necessary customs charges before delivery and will have UK VAT removed at the checkout. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email with a link to pay, this will be sent locally directly from the delivery company. Your estimated delivery date will be impacted if these charges aren't paid promptly.

Customers placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK to business addresses will be required to provide an EORI and VAT number for all export paperwork.

Print Area:

The maximum print area is approximately 50-70mm for personalised footballs. This can vary depending on the layout of your artwork e.g square, circle or rectangle, which all print at slightly different sizes. You can upload your artwork or add text if you prefer, which will display on the customiser giving you a realistic visual proof of how your personalised balls will look before checkout.

This visual will also be displayed in your shopping cart at a later stage which you can correct if needed. A visual proof will not be sent before printing for smaller orders so please ensure you check the visual in your shopping cart is correct as this is what will be printed onto your golf balls. If you have selected print onto both sides of the balls only side 1 (with different artwork) will show in your shopping basket visual. Please forward an email with your second side of artwork once you have placed your order.

You will also be shown your visual after checking out or by logging into your account on the website. If you notice any issues please email us as soon as possible after placing your order as we can always correct problems before going to print.

Text: We can print up to 3 lines of text on your personalised footballs in various colours sizes and fonts . For best results you should limit each line to a maximum of 15 characters otherwise the text will appear very small.

The font and size can be adjusted online so that you get the correct bespoke layout for your personalised footballs. Please check your spelling before submitting your order, we don't have the capacity to double check orders before going to print.

Photo: For best results please upload your photo in jpeg format ideally under 2 Mb, otherwise it could take too long to upload. You will have the option to crop the photo into a circle or square before printing to give you the best printing results. This saves time having to edit your photos or images in Photoshop beforehand. Please check the quality of the photo before you upload it, blurry or out of focus images will print as such, we do not edit or amend images before printing.

Logo requirements

A hi-resolution jpeg image produces the best results. Some logos may appear small if they are wide or tall because the maximum print area is 50-70mm (see above for printing guidelines).

Exact location and orientation of the photo, logo or text cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on the product you have chosen. Our production team will print in the best position with your image on your chosen product. The visual which you see online is for reference only. We print personalised golf ball orders using high tech full colour inkjet printers. What we can print? Our inkjet printers can print full colour logos, photos and text (including gradients and shading).The results are excellent and the perfect choice for smaller quantity orders.

How big can you print?

The maximum print area for personalised footballs is approx 50-70mm. Our print can’t curve around the ball so we are only able to print this size. The customiser on each product will give you a good idea of how your logo or photo will look when printed. Generally if it looks small on the visual it will probably be small when printed. A good tip is to draw a 700m or 50mm box then fit your logo inside it this will show the print size in real life. You can always drop us an email to check if you aren’t sure whether your logo will work.

How do you need my logo to print?

For the best quality results please provide a high resolution image, preferably in a JPG or PNG format. We can print from a vector file (e.g. ai, eps, svg files) but you may see some issues with the visual when you upload it to the customiser. If your image doesn't look right drop us an email and attach the file and we can advise.

Our print team will ensure that we print your design the same or very similar to the design which you approve online. We may crop photos for you (usually in a circle or square) if we feel that your design will not print well. We do have a crop tool for you to use which is on the football customiser, which will save you time doing this using other software packages. We are unable to print logos from photographs so please ensure you upload you logo in one of these formats for the best results.

How long will the print last?

The printing on personalised footballs is fairly durable but is isn't permanent. The personalised service is a semi-permanent print so will wear during play as you would expect with a ball which is being very physically used.

For a permanent print we can offer a promotional option which is printed during manufacture. This is available for larger quantity orders with a longer printing lead time.

Where do you print onto the ball?

We will always print in the best position on each individual ball. As many of the branded balls contain a lot of design with comes from the manufacturer exact location will vary depending on the specific product.
