Printing Information for Goodie Bags
Each item within your goodie bag will be personalised with different options available for each product.
Golf balls and pitch repairer can be personalised with any photo logo or text, with the option for a print to side two of your golf balls also available within the customiser.
The maximum print area available on the golf balls is 22mm and we will always print as large as we can within this area.
A deluxe pitchfork with magnetic ball marker is also included, we offer a full colour print of photo logo or text which is finished with a high quality resin dome. The print area on the pitchforks is around 23mm and your design will fill the available space on the marker.
For the pencils and tees we recommend printing text only due to the available space on the products. Due to the area available for printing we limit the amount of character to 18, any more than this and we find the text does become too small.
We are able to print logos onto tees but would recommend that these are text logo that fit over 1 line, again due to the print space available over 2 lines will make the print very small.
These goodie bags also come with the option to have your full colour photo logo or text printed onto the front of the bag.
Personalised Gifts Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised items
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your golf balls, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

How to personalise your Goodie Bag : Choose your Printed or Plain bag, Select your golf ball and specify the text you would like on the tees. Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing. The Ball Markers will be printed with the same photo, logo or text as your golf balls (side one if printing to both sides has been chosen)
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size: The maximum print area is approximately 20mm on the golf balls. The ball marker has a 23 resin domed insert. Text on the tees has a maximum of 19 characters.
