By participating in Best4SportsBalls Instagram prize draw (the "Prize Draw"), you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms apply to your participation in the Prize Draw so please read them carefully before taking part.

Eligibility
Entry to the Prize Draw is open to all individuals who are:

·         UK residents;

·         aged 18 and over; and

·         registered users of a valid Instagram account at the time of entry into the Prize Draw,

except employees of Best4SportsBalls Ltd or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
 Best4SportsBalls reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and compliance with these Terms. Best4SportsBalls may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

Entry Requirements
Internet access, a public Instagram account (to permit direct messages from Best4SportsBalls), and an email address are required to enter the Prize Draw.
 Entry into the Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary.

Promotional Period
The promotional period runs from 24.11.25 to 03.12.25 (the “Promotional Period”).
 At the start of the Promotional Period, Best4SportsBalls will post a "call to action" video on its Instagram page (@best4sportsballs) promoting the Prize Draw (the "Video").

To enter, participants must:

·         Log into their Instagram account;

·         Follow the @best4sportsballs account on Instagram;

·         Like the Video; and

·         Comment on the Video tagging a friend who also has a valid Instagram account.

·         Share the Video to their Instagram stories tagging @best4sportsballs

Entries made after the Promotional Period will not be valid. Instructions provided in the Video form part of the Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence.

Entry Limitations
Multiple entries are permitted throughout the Promotional Period.
 Entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, lost or not in accordance with these Terms will not be accepted.
 Entries via agents, third parties, organised groups or entry duplication methods will not be accepted.
 Best4SportsBalls may disqualify any participant it suspects of non-compliance with these Terms or tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw.

Withdrawal
To withdraw from the Prize Draw, email contact@best4balls.com.

Winner Selection and Notification
There will be 5 winners.
Entries on Instagram will be reviewed and winner(s) will be selected at random.
 The winner must claim their prize and provide information for personalisation within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternative winner may be selected.

To notify the winner, Best4SportsBalls will:

·         Reply to their comment or tag them in the comments section of the Video;

·         Send a direct message requesting name, telephone number, home address and email address.

It is the responsibility of participants to check their Instagram accounts and messages. Best4SportsBalls cannot be held responsible for missed notifications.

The Prize
There will be 5 winners who will receive 1 prize each from the list below:

Text embroiderery will be offered onto each item, various thread colours area available. For a logo or more intricate design there may be a set up charge. Actual products may vary from the images shown. These products cannot be swapped and alternatives will not be offered. 

Prize Conditions
The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
 The Prize must not be sold or advertised for sale.
 No cash or alternative prize is available.
 Best4SportsBalls may substitute any part of the Prize with an item of equal or greater value.

 The winner must be aged 18 or over.
 The Prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
 If the winner cannot or chooses not to use part of the Prize, they will forfeit that part.
 All other costs not specified are excluded.

Best4SportsBalls reserves the right to:

·         Verify the age of the winner via photo ID;

·         Request additional information where required;

·         Substitute products for visual representation purposes only.

General
Best4SportsBalls decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
 Best4SportsBalls may delay, postpone, or cancel the Prize Draw at its discretion.
 Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Instagram’s terms.

Winner Details
The surname and county of the winner will be available on request for one month after the prize is claimed. Email contact@best4balls.com. Objections to disclosure may also be submitted to this address.

Data Protection
By entering, participants agree to Best4Balls processing their data solely for administering the Prize Draw.
