After ordering, orders are processed, printed and dispatched. The time it takes to be dispatched depends upon the ‘printing lead time’ that you have selected from our customiser

Next Working Day delivery is available for Personalised orders – however due to the personalisation/ printing process involved, these typically take an additional 2-7 working days for dispatch
(unless you have selected express lead times).

How to add your logo or text to your printed basketball balls: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. A visual proof will appear on the screen before you "Add to cart".
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 working days but we do offer an express 2-3 day printing option for urgent orders. See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your golf balls for express options.
Urgent orders: Select “Shipped in 2-3 working days” and we will print and ship your golf balls within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Durability and print: The print on basketballs is semi-permanent so may wear during play and will be determined by the surface which the ball played on.
Artwork required: A good quality jpeg or high resolution photograph is all we need to print from. Some colours don’t work on basketballs, if you have any queries you can email us with your logo and we can advise whether this will work.
Print size for basketballs: The print area is approximately 55mm depending on the layout of your design. We are able to print to around 55mm for rectangular logos or text and 40-50mm for circles or squares (this includes photographs).
